About The Position

2HB Incorporated is seeking an IT Program Manager to support its government customer in McLean, Virginia. The role coordinates and manages technical projects for a mission-impact-focused office, using the Sponsor’s enterprise IT systems. Projects involve technical data analysis, information technology security research, data integration, software evaluation, and graphical visualization. The team supports projects across the financial industry, telecommunications, media, and energy sectors. This is a full-time position requiring a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph clearance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives spanning organizations and internal and external mission partners.
• Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity research, analysis, and forensic techniques to exploit technical data.
• Demonstrated ability to gather data and analyze user needs to determine, recommend, and implement project plans and proposals for operational integration.
• Demonstrated experience with networking and computer security.
• Demonstrated experience creating strategic plans, technical project plans, and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience communicating information to technical and non-technical personnel, verbally and via presentations.
• TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities
