About The Position

The IT Program Manager leads TISTA’s performance on the Department of Veterans Affairs Supply Chain Management DevSecOps (SCMDSO) Integration task order, supporting VA’s supply chain and logistics Product Line. This is designated Key Personnel that VA requires for the life of the contract. The role is TISTA’s single point of accountability to the VA Contracting Officer, VA Program Manager, and Contracting Officer’s Representatives. As a senior account leader within TISTA’s SCM Domain, the IT Program Manager owns the SCMDSO account from a business standpoint, including program financials, staffing and talent pipeline, subcontractor and OEM partner relationships, customer satisfaction, and organic growth through Optional Task Scrum Teams and follow-on opportunities. The role also contributes to TISTA’s broader VA and federal health growth strategy, mentors future program leaders, and helps mature delivery methods for reuse across the company. The position is primarily remote from TISTA facilities or approved remote locations with COR concurrence. Access to VA systems is via GFE or VA-approved remote access (CAG/AVD). Work at Government sites may occasionally be required during non-business hours, and CONUS travel may be required. The role requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. The suggested pay range is $180,546 to $210,875. The actual offer will consider skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for bonuses. TISTA offers healthcare and other benefits, including paid time off, training and certification opportunities, healthcare and flexible savings accounts, paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, paid holidays, and military leave.
