About The Position

The Program Manager will use cybersecurity and technical operations knowledge and expertise to support the Sponsor’s mission. The role coordinates and manages technical projects using the Sponsor’s enterprise IT systems, spanning technical data analysis, IT security research, data integration, software evaluation, and graphical visualization. Projects may support the financial industry, telecommunications, media, and energy sectors. The Program Manager serves on the Sponsor’s Front Office support team and provides input to the Sponsor’s technical review process.

Requirements

• Active Poly clearance.
• Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives spanning organizations and internal and external mission partners.
• Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity research, analysis, and forensic techniques to exploit technical data.
• Ability to gather data and analyze user needs to determine, recommend, and implement project plans and proposals for operational integration.
• Demonstrated experience with networking and computer security.
• Demonstrated experience creating strategic plans, technical project plans, and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate information verbally and through presentations to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• One of the following certifications: GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent; CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated experience with technical operations development and support to a cyber mission.
• Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor field offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate technical exchange meetings to determine customer needs and validate complex requests.
• Compose technical documents evaluating cyber and technical projects in support of the Sponsor’s mission.
• Analyze and develop solutions for integrating diverse cyber data sets with Sponsor IT systems.
• Provide insight into current IT and cybersecurity trends relevant to the Sponsor’s mission.
• Evaluate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and open-source cyber tools for integration with the Sponsor’s existing IT systems.
• Create and provide the Sponsor with a roadmap for process-improvement activities, lead those activities, and track progress of technical processes.
• Serve as a member of the Sponsor’s Front Office support team.
• Provide input to the Sponsor’s technical review process.
• Coordinate and manage technical projects across data analysis, IT security research, data integration, software evaluation, and graphical visualization.
