About The Position

Cintas is seeking an IT Intern to join its Desktop End User Services team. The intern will work with the team to learn how Cintas deploys, maintains, and secures endpoint devices, while contributing to the development and improvement of these practices at a Fortune 500 company. The role provides hands-on experience and the opportunity to collaborate with peers to research, propose, and implement solutions that improve and secure the end-user experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree program in computer science, information systems, or another IT-related field.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in engineering, information systems, and related technical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HelpDesk support for Partners.
• Assess deployment tools and processes for creating a secure, high-quality end-user experience.
• Learn, understand, and apply industry standards and best practices.
• Assist with organizational maturity assessments and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT resources to document identifiable Partner system issues and share that documentation with the Service Desk to improve the end-user experience.
• Assist the team in supporting Partners.
• Work with and present to multiple levels of management.
