About The Position

This role is for a Helpdesk/Deskside Technician who will assist users with technical issues across a multi-platform environment. The technician will support Windows, Android, and iOS devices, Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and Windows file sharing. Responsibilities include printer installs, supporting Microsoft Office products (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc.), replacing laptop and desktop hardware, and imaging computers.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in supporting users with most of the above job functions
  • Be willing to work from the office full time
  • Willingness to learn and work with others
  • Good customer services skills
  • 5 years’ experience in technical support for End Users
  • Authorization to work in the United States
