This role is for a Helpdesk/Deskside Technician who will assist users with technical issues across a multi-platform environment. The technician will support Windows, Android, and iOS devices, Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and Windows file sharing. Responsibilities include printer installs, supporting Microsoft Office products (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc.), replacing laptop and desktop hardware, and imaging computers.
