About The Position

Indicon LLC is a national construction and services company delivering the complete lifecycle of services—from design/build and construction to training, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. Indicon supports a wide range of industrial, commercial, and mission‑critical environments, emphasizing reliability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Indicon LLC is seeking a Helpdesk / Deskside Technician to provide hands‑on technical support to end users in a multi‑platform environment. This role is ideal for a customer‑focused IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and supporting day‑to‑day technology operations in an office setting. The position is full‑time and on‑site in Reading, PA and reports directly to the Helpdesk Manager.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience providing end‑user technical support
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems
  • Experience supporting Mobile devices (Android and iOS)
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 environment
  • Experience with Hardware troubleshooting and replacement
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work full‑time, on‑site in the Reading, PA office
  • Strong desire to learn and grow technical skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users across a multi‑platform environment
  • Troubleshoot and support Windows desktops and laptops
  • Troubleshoot and support Android and iOS mobile devices
  • Perform printer installations and troubleshooting
  • Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 products including Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
  • Replace and upgrade laptop and desktop hardware
  • Image and deploy new computers and devices
  • Provide deskside and remote support to resolve daily user issues
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and hardware activity as required
  • Work collaboratively with other IT team members to resolve escalated issues
