About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to support the Team Sub Enterprise at the Washington Navy Yard. The role applies computer science, information management, IT engineering, hardware and software systems, and programming knowledge to resolve problems. The position has limited telework options (less than one day per week) and may require travel of less than 5%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of IT experience, including DoD/Navy program management, government technical management, or industry business management.
• Security+ certification.
• Active Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of IT experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for technical and business-related matters.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), including computers, iPhones, and iPads.
• Recommend to the Government ways to ensure GFE inventory can meet the Team Sub Enterprise’s urgent needs.
• Test ports for connectivity.
• Analyze computer systems, programs, and/or planning activities.
• Provide direct support for help desk calls, including SIPR/NIPR issues, the Flank Speed transition, coordination with NMCI support, and iPhone-related issues.
• Support migration of iPhone Purebred services into the FLANKSPEED environment.
• Issue mobile devices to Team Sub personnel.
• Prepare, update, and process property passes for personnel and IT equipment.
• Escalate troubleshooting issues to NMCI when they are beyond the analyst’s capability.
