IT Engineering Intern

We are seeking an IT Engineering intern to join our Global IT Team at Bynder. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, from solving day-to-day IT problems to developing and improving our IT landscape. You will collaborate with our Head of IT and the entire IT team for knowledge sharing and guidance. • Assist users with issues regarding their IT working environment (mainly Apple devices)
• Perform triage, prioritization, and escalations of tickets
• Troubleshoot network issues, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi (mainly Cisco)
• Configure and maintain G-suite and SSO environments
• Assist with webinars and global meetings
• Setup and maintain all IT equipment
• Take part in the asset management lifecycle (provision, maintain, restore, etc.)
• Simplify identity and access management infrastructure (SSO)
• Communicate with vendors, support-companies, and third parties
• Interact with outsourcing partners ticketing systems
• Work in the Amsterdam office

• Available for a minimum of a 6 months long full-time internship starting in September 2023
• Following an education in IT or in a related field
• Fluent in English
• Possess top-notch communication skills in speaking and in writing
• Undying motivation to help and learn new things
• Enrolled in a Dutch/European university throughout the whole duration of the internship
• Motivated, proactive, independent, and organized self-starter (nice to have)
• Service oriented and have excellent troubleshooting skills (nice to have)
