About The Position

Maintains, analyzes, installs, and resolves first-level desktop computer and computing appliance issues for the organization’s end users. This includes answering questions, providing advice, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and/or troubleshooting procedures.

The role reports to the Director/IT Infrastructure Services and has no supervisory responsibilities. Use of a personal vehicle is required to provide service to TMH colleagues. The vehicle owner is responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage; TMH reimburses business use of a personal vehicle according to procedures defined by the Internal Revenue Service.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, background check, reference verification, health assessment, and credential/license verification.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of job-related experience.
• Valid state driver license.
• At least 21 years of age and a minimum of 2 years of licensed driving experience.
• Provide a 7-year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles before employment.
• No more than 2 minor driving violations in the past 3 years and zero major violations in the past 5 years.
• Maintain adequate insurance coverage for a personal vehicle used in connection with job duties.
• Successfully complete a drug screen, background check, reference verification, health assessment, and credential/license verification.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in a related field.
