About the position
SpinLaunch is seeking an IT Associate to join their team in Long Beach, CA. The role involves resolving technical issues on the helpdesk and backend IT ops administration, as well as supporting system and network architecture and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience, a passion for IT and customer support, and the ability to logically define problems and collect data. - At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- A passion for IT and Customer Support
- VM Server Cluster administration
- The ability to logically define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Experience in Shell Scripting
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactively resolved technical issues and looked for ways to help the end user
- Familiarity with computers; experience with office productivity suites and web-based applications (Microsoft Windows, MacOs, Microsoft 365)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work with people
- Analytical, structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong writing skills and a desire to diligently document common processes and procedures
