About The Position

The IT Applications Analyst II analyzes user requirements and designs solutions to improve system functionality. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshoots issues to maintain optimal performance, and documents processes for user reference. It supports end-users by resolving inquiries, monitors application performance, and recommends efficiency improvements. The analyst coordinates with vendors on software updates and assists with developing and executing deployment plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing and supporting IT applications.
• Experience coordinating with vendors for updates and deployments.
• Expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Strong user training and support skills.
• Knowledge of application security and compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Epic or other technical certification may be required for this position.
