About The Position

Cooper is hiring an Applications Analyst II focused on IT Service Delivery. The role administers the ServiceNow platform and other Service Delivery systems, maintains service delivery standards and maintenance, and drives implementation and support of the Security Operations module within ServiceNow. The analyst supports integrations, develops dashboards and reporting for SecOps functions, and supports day-to-day platform operations, including participation in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience; candidates must have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the role.

• Ability to translate IT terminology and processes effectively for key stakeholders.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Application-specific certification or proficiency within 90 days of hire, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the Security Operations module.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow’s Security Operations module.
• Experience implementing spokes of ServiceNow’s Integration Hub/Workflow Data Fabric.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the Security Operations module of the ServiceNow platform, including integrations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting appropriate to Security Operations functions.
