About The Position

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking an Applications Analyst II focused on IT Service Delivery. The analyst will administer the ServiceNow platform and other Service Delivery systems, maintain service delivery standards and maintenance, and drive implementation and support of the Security Operations module within ServiceNow. The role includes supporting integrations, developing dashboards and reports for Security Operations functions, and participating in the platform’s day-to-day operations, including an on-call rotation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the Security Operations module.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow’s Security Operations module.
• Experience implementing spokes of ServiceNow’s Integration Hub/Workflow Data Fabric.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, or Healthcare.
• Application-specific certification or proficiency within 90 days of hire, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the ServiceNow Security Operations module, including its integrations.
