About The Position

The IS Technical Specialist provides technical and consultative support on complex technical matters. The role analyzes, designs, and develops systems based on user specifications and provides technical assistance in resolving hardware or software problems. The specialist uses in-depth knowledge of technical tools for systems development and support, maintains knowledge of relevant industry trends as they apply to Huntington, and may help identify training needs or train less experienced staff. The role may also serve as project leader for specific projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or an additional four years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Five or more years of related experience, or an additional four years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
