About The Position

Aisin Electronics Illinois LLC (AEIL) is seeking a driven, solutions-oriented IS Specialist to join its Information Systems team. The role supports office and manufacturing operations and helps ensure reliable technology infrastructure across the organization. It offers hands-on work across systems, networking, and enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, IP scopes, and hardware setup.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with VMware and virtual environments.
• Experience with Veeam and AWS backup solutions.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with SCCM, WSUS, or WDS.
• Experience with Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 support through the service desk ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Manage Active Directory accounts and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support network connectivity, VLANs, and IP configurations.
• Maintain virtual environments and storage systems.
• Assist with Oracle E-Business Suite and enterprise systems.
• Develop technical documentation and train end users.
• Manage device inventory and coordinate hardware procurement.
• Support IS security initiatives and system maintenance.
