About The Position

Energy Transfer is seeking application developers to develop and integrate existing and new custom applications. The role supports line-of-business applications used by Interstate and Intrastate Natural Gas business users, leveraging various technologies. The successful candidate will learn new IT and business skills, adapt to changing priorities, and work with business users and IT to define requirements. The role includes designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving software. Participation in an on-call rotation is required to help resolve issues outside normal business hours.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
For the Specialist/Analyst level, 2–5 years of relevant job-related experience; the general position requirement also specifies 2+ years of relevant job experience.
General application development skills in one or more of the following areas: modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular/HTML5; JAVA and/or Groovy; relational database management systems, primarily SQL Server (T-SQL); and SSRS.
Ability to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.

Nice To Haves

Natural Gas Pipeline or Energy Industry work experience.
