Requirements

Active North Carolina real estate license.
Proven skills in sales, marketing, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and other technology tools.

Responsibilities

Acquire investment properties using company resources, buying power, and wholesale contacts.
Utilize proprietary software to identify and secure investment properties.
Manage the sales process to ensure faster closing times.
Develop and implement independent strategies for property acquisition.
Participate in training programs and leverage team support for successful transactions.
