Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Missouri Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate inventory team members, including stock associates and support staff; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Oversee inventory receipt, storage, and organization; ensure accurate stock counts, replenish stock, and coordinate inventory audits.
Manage processing of online and in-store orders, including timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
Keep the stockroom and storage areas organized and clean; support efficient stock retrieval and stock rotation to reduce obsolescence.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to support timely deliveries and resolve shipment discrepancies or issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including merchandise handling and safety protocols.
Resolve operational issues, including stock discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and staffing concerns.
Work with the front-of-house team to support sales, manage product displays, and address customer or operational needs affecting store performance.
Improve inventory stock on the sales floor and the inventory receiving process and timelines.
Improve aging inventory stock and ensure inventory levels are appropriate for the location.
