About The Position
Auntie Anne’s is hiring a Team Member to prepare and serve its freshly baked products while creating positive guest experiences. The role calls for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented person who can provide friendly service, follow brand and food-safety standards, and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient store. Team Members are expected to arrive prepared and on time, maintain dependable attendance, and support coworkers in a fast-paced environment. The position offers flexible scheduling of 20 to 40 hours per week, paid training, ongoing coaching and development, and advancement opportunities. Free on-duty shift meals, employee discounts, and uniforms are provided. Eligible benefits may include health insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. A background check may be required for certain leadership roles.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated punctuality and ability to arrive prepared and ready to work at scheduled shift start times.
- Ability to meet scheduled shifts and proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences according to company policies.
- Strong work ethic and a dependable, accountable, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to follow directions, procedures, and brand standards consistently.
- TB clearance if applicable by location.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift.
- Comfort working in warm and cold environments, including near ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers.
- Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to taste-test products for quality control.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and guest-service skills.
- Current Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems.
- Honesty, accountability, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.

- Previous food-service or retail experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
- Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure orders are accurate and contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Operate registers and responsibly and accurately handle cash, payments, and transactions.
- Keep the work area clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout each shift.
- Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of scheduled shifts; follow attendance, call-out, and scheduling procedures.
- Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to arrive on time.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with attention to detail.
- Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively toward store goals.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, loss-prevention, and operational procedures.
- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude, and help foster teamwork, reliability, and respect.
- Taste-test products as part of quality-control processes.
