About The Position

Auntie Anne's is seeking reliable, hardworking Team Members to prepare and serve freshly baked products and provide friendly, professional guest service. Team Members are expected to support their teammates, follow brand and food-safety standards, and contribute to a clean, organized, and positive store environment. The role requires dependable attendance, punctuality, and readiness to begin work at the start of each scheduled shift. The position offers flexible scheduling of 20 to 40 hours per week and pays $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift.
• Ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts and proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences according to company policies.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to dependability, accountability, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow directions, procedures, and brand standards consistently.
• TB clearance required if applicable by location.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift.
• Comfort working in warm and cold environments, including near ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to taste-test products as part of quality control.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.
• Current Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Honesty, accountability, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service or retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Provide accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and responsibly handle cash, payments, and transactions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout the shift.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of each scheduled shift.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow call-out and scheduling procedures.
• Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to arrive on time.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with attention to detail.
• Support teammates during busy periods and collaborate to achieve store goals.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Help foster teamwork, reliability, and respect.
