About The Position

Auntie Anne’s Team Members help create moments of joy by preparing and serving fresh-baked products and delivering friendly, accurate, and professional guest service. The role is suited to reliable, hardworking people who enjoy working with others and can perform in a fast-paced environment. Team Members are expected to arrive prepared and on time, maintain reliable attendance, follow scheduling and call-out procedures, and take ownership of their responsibilities. They help maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe workplace while following brand, operational, sanitation, and loss-prevention standards. The position offers flexible scheduling of 20 to 40 hours per week and paid training, with advancement opportunities available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and readiness to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift.
• Ability to meet scheduled shifts and communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences according to company policies.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to dependability, accountability, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow directions, procedures, and brand standards consistently.
• TB clearance if applicable by location.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift.
• Comfort working in warm and cold environments, including near ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.
• Current Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Honesty, accountability, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and responsibly and accurately handle cash, payments, and transactions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout each shift.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of each scheduled shift.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out and scheduling procedures.
• Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to ensure timely arrival.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with attention to detail.
• Support teammates during busy periods and collaborate to achieve store goals.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, loss-prevention, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Help foster teamwork, reliability, and respect.
• Taste-test products as part of quality control processes.
