About The Position
Chiro One Wellness Centers is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Doctor of Chiropractic to join its established clinic in St. Peters, Missouri. The chiropractor will build strong patient relationships, maintain an established patient base, and contribute to the clinic’s continued growth through quality care, patient engagement, and community connections. The role is suited to a chiropractor who enjoys clinical practice and takes an active role in the long-term success of the clinic. The chiropractor delivers evaluations, adjustments, individualized care plans, and progress assessments; communicates with and educates patients; maintains accurate documentation and monitors clinical outcomes; and collaborates with Chiropractic Technicians to provide an efficient, welcoming patient experience. The clinic is supported by corporate services for billing, operations, HR, and compliance, as well as imaging and a clinical support team.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
- Licensed in Illinois or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Comfortable in social settings and at ease interacting with other people.
- Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Deliver chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, individualized care plans, and progress assessments.
- Build lasting patient relationships through clear communication, education, and consistent follow-through.
- Maintain and grow the clinic's patient base through excellent care, patient retention, referrals, and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with Chiropractic Technicians to deliver an efficient, welcoming patient experience.
- Support compliance with company policies and standards, protect organizational assets, act ethically, report non-compliance, and follow applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Perform other related duties and assist with project completion as needed.
