About The Position

We’re seeking an inventory team member to add to our incredible team at Loopy. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays great attention to detail, and has a positive attitude. If you feel this describes you, we’d love to hear from you! We're located in Griffith, Indiana just 7 minutes from 80/94 and 15 minutes from the Illinois border. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Superb attention to detail
• Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, use hands and fingers to perform continual tasks for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciling numbers
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn additional responsibilities to support other departments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven and works well independently or with a team
• Ability to accept and utilize constructive feedback
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Cycle counting and inventory audit experience preferred
• Purchase order receiving and reconciliation preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Support Fulfillment with necessary stock levels
• Maintain organization within overstock
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products, processes, and procedures, both within the department and the company handbook
• Communicate with team, trainers, leads, and upper management as necessary
