About The Position

Longo Toyota of Prosper is seeking an entry-level Sales Inventory Valet to work in a demanding, fast-paced automotive dealership environment. This full-time, 100% onsite position is based in Prosper, Texas, and includes weekend shifts with some schedule flexibility. It offers an opportunity to learn about the automotive industry and potentially advance into roles such as Service Consultant, Service Technician, or Sales Consultant.

The Sales Inventory Valet supports the sales department by receiving, inspecting, organizing, and moving vehicles; handling keys and paperwork; and preparing and delivering sold vehicles to guests. The role also includes maintaining an orderly and secure sales parking lot, following company safety policies, assisting elsewhere in the sales department as needed, and maintaining professional and ethical standards.

The position involves working outdoors in varied weather and in noisy, small, or enclosed spaces. Physical tasks include bending, stretching, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, standing or sitting for extended periods, moving vehicles or equipment, climbing, and adjusting, moving, or lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Log newly delivered pre-owned vehicles and compare their serial numbers with the invoice.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify that accessories listed on the invoice are present.
• Verify vehicle paperwork before releasing a vehicle to a third party.
• Park pre-owned vehicles in assigned areas.
• Catalog and store vehicle keys.
• Move vehicles as directed by management.
• Prepare and deliver sold vehicles to guests.
• Keep the parking lot neat and organized.
• Ensure vehicles in the sales parking lot are locked.
• Follow company safety policies and practices.
• Assist in other areas of the sales department as needed.
• Maintain high ethical standards and a professional appearance.
