About The Position

The Inventory Accounting Lead maintains inventory accuracy for products at multiple sites across the network. The role identifies inventory discrepancies and works to resolve them, maintains documentation of adjustments and audit control reports, and plans, directs, and trains remote sites on inventory management best practices and data-input transactions. The position also supports compliance and auditing, reconciliations, inventory issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred, or 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of SAP and intermediate-level Excel.
Experience coordinating and working with multiple third-party service providers.
Strong customer focus and orientation.
Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends during business-critical times.

Nice To Haves

Logistics or production experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain compliance and work with internal and external auditors.
Coordinate and manage monthly inventory reconciliations.
Resolve inventory issues, discrepancies, problem orders, and intercompany transfer issues.
Train remote sites on inventory control practices and procedures.
Recommend process changes to minimize inventory loss.
Act as the liaison between customer service and logistics for inventory-related issues.
Maintain documentation of inventory adjustments and audit control reports.
Plan, direct, and train remote sites on inventory management best practices and data-input transactions.
