About The Position

Vaden Automotive is seeking an Inventory Administrator to join its Accounting Department. The role supports accurate, up-to-date vehicle inventory records across multiple locations and works closely with the accounting team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position handles wholesale vehicle transactions, new car inventory records, dealer trades, intercompany transactions, used car purchases, and other inventory-related projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort using Excel and other office programs.
• Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience in automotive accounting is preferred.
• Experience using dealership management systems (DMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale vehicle transactions.
