About The Position

This course focuses on the fundamental principles underpinning the role, structure, and operation of Canadian Public Administration. It examines the relationship between the Public Service and its socio-political environment, as well as contemporary issues in public administration.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. or Ph.D. coursework in the field of Public Administration.
  • Teaching experience in the field.
  • Competence in a second language (active).

Responsibilities

  • Teach Introduction to Public Administration (PAP1301, Section A00) during the 2026 Fall Semester.
  • Deliver instruction in English.
  • Potentially modify teaching methods due to public health measures or other reasons.
  • Complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
