Internet Sales Manager

Fury Motors Inc.•Forest Lake, MN
•$80,000 - $130,000

About The Position

Fury Motors is hiring an Internet Sales Manager to lead internet sales performance and turn digital customer interest into appointments, showroom visits, and vehicle sales. The role focuses on lead response quality, appointment setting and confirmation, CRM discipline, customer engagement, and consistent follow-up. It is a sales leadership position—not simply a lead-handling role. The successful candidate will be organized, urgent, competitive, customer-focused, and capable of coaching BDC/internet team members and sales consultants. The manager will work with Sales Managers and Desk Managers to strengthen customer handoffs, identify weaknesses in the lead process, and improve performance through action plans. Success includes stronger appointment and close rates, better response times and customer experience, cleaner CRM activity, and more consistent execution across internet, sales, desk, and finance.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of CRM usage, lead handling, appointment setting, customer follow-up, and the sales process.
  • Proven ability to coach phone, text, and email communication.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfort reviewing data, reports, lead sources, response times, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and dealership retail hours.
  • Must align with Fury Motors’ mission and principles.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of automotive internet sales, BDC, sales, or sales management experience preferred.
  • Prior experience as an internet manager, BDC manager, sales manager, or high-performing sales consultant strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internet sales performance and appointment creation.
  • Ensure internet leads receive quick, professional, personalized, helpful, and appointment-focused responses.
  • Coach the team on effective internet responses and phone, text, and email communication.
  • Drive appointment setting, appointment confirmation, and appointment show performance.
  • Monitor CRM activity, overdue tasks, unworked leads, and follow-up completion.
  • Review lead sources, lead quality, response times, and conversion performance.
  • Partner with Sales Managers and Desk Managers to ensure strong customer handoffs.
  • Follow up on missed appointments, unsold showroom traffic, and active opportunities.
  • Identify weaknesses in the lead process and create action plans to improve performance.
  • Support sales consultants with phone, text, email, and CRM best practices.
  • Promote urgency, accountability, and consistency in handling digital customers.
