About The Position

Cavender Toyota, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking experienced Internet/BDC Sales Associates to join its growing team. The role focuses on building customer relationships, responding to internet leads and inquiries, and generating appointments and sales opportunities. Requirements

Proven experience in internet or BDC sales within a dealership.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft, Outlook, and CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle record, and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Engage with internet leads by phone, email, and text to build relationships and drive appointments.
Follow up with internet inquiries and unsold showroom traffic to maximize sales opportunities.
Handle inbound calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer questions.
Identify customer needs, provide product and service information, and schedule showroom or service appointments.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Maintain product knowledge to present vehicle features, benefits, and promotions confidently.
Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with the sales team while upholding Cavender’s values of professionalism and integrity.
