About The Position

These positions ensure a comprehensive, positive, customer experience. They contact customers and respond to instant cash offer leads for used vehicle purchases. They set-up appointments, conduct meetings and perform vehicle appraisals; process paperwork and documentation to complete the vehicle purchase transactions for at least 20 units per month, directs customers to product information resources, assists customer in selling their vehicles, handles all ICO purchases inquiries personally, coordinates promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising, maintains relationship with previous customers, researches auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote it's site r advertise. Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile purchases. Works closely with accounting team to ensure all purchases are processed properly. Requirements

High School graduation or equivalent
One (1) year of retail sales, clerical or related experience.
Intermediate Computer experience with MS Office.
Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license for more than 3 years.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in multi-faceted, high pace, environment.
Ability to be independent and self-driven.
Incumbents will be required to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and driving records check.
Subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.

Responsibilities

Contact customers and respond to instant cash offer leads for used vehicle purchases.
Set-up appointments, conduct meetings and perform vehicle appraisals.
Process paperwork and documentation to complete the vehicle purchase transactions for at least 20 units per month.
Direct customers to product information resources.
Assist customers in selling their vehicles.
Handle all ICO purchases inquiries personally.
Coordinate promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.
Maintain relationship with previous customers.
Research auto-buying services on the Internet and act as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise.
Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile purchases.
Work closely with accounting team to ensure all purchases are processed properly.

Benefits

Competitive base pay: $17.50- $22.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
