The Automotive Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all online sales activities, managing internet leads, and driving digital engagement that converts into showroom traffic and vehicle sales. This role requires someone who understands the automotive industry, moves quickly, and knows how to turn opportunities into results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales required
  • Proven track record of success in internet or digital sales
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales conversions
  • Train and lead the internet sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Monitor CRM systems to ensure proper follow-up and lead management
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from online inquiry to purchase
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results
  • Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and current promotions
