Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales required
Proven track record of success in internet or digital sales
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads in a timely and professional manner
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales conversions
Train and lead the internet sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
Monitor CRM systems to ensure proper follow-up and lead management
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from online inquiry to purchase
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results
Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and current promotions
