About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and process-driven individual to join our Sales BDC team. This position is a key part of our dealership’s sales operation and is often the very first impression a customer has of our store. The right person will help guide customers through the early stages of the buying process by responding to internet leads, answering questions, following up consistently, and setting quality appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with people throughout the day, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized, following process, and achieving goals.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales leads promptly and professionally
  • Communicate with customers through phone calls, text messaging, and email
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with active and unsold customers consistently
  • Stay current on product knowledge and dealership information
  • Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to help maximize opportunities
  • Maintain detailed and accurate activity in multiple CRM systems
  • Follow established processes and daily performance expectations
