About The Position

The purpose of this role is to support Proskauer's internal communications strategy by helping keep Firm leadership, attorneys, and business services professionals informed, engaged, aligned, and inspired around the Firm's strategic vision, brand, values, culture, priorities, and key initiatives. This role would report to the Senior Manager, Internal and Brand Communications and work closely with business services leaders, administrative departments, and cross-functional teams. This role helps translate strategy into clear, consistent, and compelling communications that support Firm operations, culture, and change initiatives. This position is execution focused and combines strong internal communications experience with excellent writing, project coordination, and organizational skills. A significant focus of the role is supporting firmwide change initiatives through thoughtful, well-coordinated communications that promote understanding, readiness, engagement, and adoption.
