About the position
The job overview for this role is to provide proactive customer support in the integration space, including reporting and tracking, sales support, and process and project documentation. The primary tasks include supporting key components of Glooko's interoperability solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for integration clients, collaborating with sales and account management teams, addressing client and partner issues, and assisting in authoring and editing knowledge articles and training materials. The requirements for this role include basic knowledge of healthcare applications and clinical workflows, ability to communicate technical items to non-technical audiences, integration experience with healthcare information systems, and strong problem-solving skills.

- Act as the primary point of contact for designated integration clients post-implementation
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to provide technical expertise during final sales presentations and ensure teams are informed of integration status
- Address and respond to client and partner issues with integrations in a timely manner
- Assist in authoring and editing knowledge articles, training materials, and manuals related to integrations and post-implementation support
- Work collaboratively with clients/partners and internal teams to understand, develop, and document integration requirements
- Basic knowledge of various healthcare applications
- Basic knowledge of clinical workflows
- Ability to communicate technical/security items to non-technical audiences
- Integration experience preferred with Healthcare Information systems
- Experience working with interface engines and clinical or healthcare workflows
- Strong sense of urgency, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- At least one (1) year of technical project management experience preferred
- At least one (1) year of experience in professional services or implementation role preferred
- Strong passion and commitment to diabetes and patient care.
Requirements
- BA/BS preferred
- Prior experience working with a hospital or healthcare system or with an interoperability solutions platform may be substituted.
- Basic knowledge of various healthcare applications (experience with EHRs such as Epic, Cerner and/or Meditech).
- Basic knowledge of clinical workflows.
- Ability to communicate technical/security items to non-technical audiences.
- Integration experience preferred with Healthcare Information systems such as EHR applications/systems (e.g., Epic, Meditech, and Cerner) with emphasis on clinical data integration.
- Experience preferred working with interface engines and clinical or healthcare workflows and/or hands-on experience working with HL7 v2 message types especially ADT, ORU, and ORM.
- A strong sense of urgency, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated and excited to learn and take on new challenges.
- An ability to work independently and efficiently to complete tasks, ability to adapt and prioritize.
- Detail-oriented but also able to visualize a bigger, long-term picture related to workflow design.
- Technical project management, ownership, and accountability while delivering on a client’s needs.
