About the position
Glooko is seeking an Italian speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their international support team in Gothenburg. The role involves answering phone calls and emails from patients, healthcare providers, and retailers, as well as handling customer complaints and supporting the international sales team. The ideal candidate should be service-minded, proactive, and have strong communication skills in Italian, English, and preferably Swedish. A background in customer support, preferably with technical products, is desired. Knowledge or interest in health and diabetes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from patients, healthcare providers, and retailers
- Register and administer customer requests and perform follow-up work
- Handle customer complaint issues
- Support the international sales team by informing customers about promotions and offers
- Create good relations with customers and co-workers
- Work in a dynamic and multilingual environment
- Provide great customer service with an analytical and pedagogically oriented approach
- Have a technical interest and preferably some form of higher education
- Communicate fluently in Italian, English, and preferably Swedish
- Have knowledge or interest in health and diabetes (advantageous but not required)
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian, English, and preferably Swedish
- Higher education preferred
- Experience in customer support, preferably with technical products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create good relations with customers and co-workers
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Analytical and pedagogically oriented approach to customer service
- Technical interest
- Knowledge or interest in health and diabetes is an advantage, but not required
