About The Position

Hygiena is hiring a full-time, exempt Integrated Marketing Specialist for a remote role, preferably based in California. The Specialist executes campaign plans approved by the Manager, Integrated Marketing, bringing hands-on B2B marketing experience across digital channels, marketing automation, and analytics. The role develops campaign assets for defined stages of the customer buying journey and recommends optimizations based on campaign results. It does not own campaign strategy, budgets, channel standards, demand targets, or commercial outcomes. The role owns project planning and delivery records for assigned initiatives, coordinates contributors and timelines, executes campaigns across multiple channels, and supports regional teams with global playbooks and launch guidance. It analyzes campaign results against KPIs, publishes recurring status and performance reports, and recommends corrective actions. The position also maintains team workflow tools and standards, subject to the Manager’s approval. The position requires normal office hours Monday through Friday, with some flexibility. Although described as remote, the working-conditions section states that the role works two to three days in the Camarillo office. Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be needed for urgent customer requests across time zones, and travel of 5–10% is occasionally required. The work environment is typical office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
