Integrated Marketing Manager

beehiiv
•$130,000 - $150,000

About The Position

beehiiv is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to shape and deliver its campaigns, launches, and events in partnership with the Creative Director. The role helps determine campaign strategy, messaging, audiences, and timing, then owns execution across briefs, channel mix, timelines, partners, budgets, measurement, and live activations. Programs may include brand campaigns, product launches, creator activations, events, and work across paid, lifecycle, social, and press. This is a hands-on generalist role with particular emphasis on brand campaigns, events, and experiential marketing. The manager owns programs end to end, brings original concepts and a point of view, and works across teams to make ideas happen. In the first year, the expected workload is approximately 70% integrated campaigns and launches, 20% events and experiential, and 10% playbooks and partner development. The position works with Growth, Communications, Creative, Product, and Data teams to coordinate programs, establish measurement, optimize live campaigns, and document learnings. Success includes taking over the live campaign and events calendar, shipping multiple integrated campaigns, bringing original ideas to execution, and reliably managing logistics.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in integrated or brand marketing; consumer SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Proven success leading complex projects to completion.
  • Concept-led approach and an opinionated point of view.

  • Strong understanding of and passion for go-to-market planning, messaging, and storytelling for brand-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to lead through influence across product, creative, and data teams.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to balance multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Experience owning on-site execution for high-stakes projects, including scouting locations, managing vendors, and running the event.

Responsibilities

  • Run integrated campaigns end to end, translating creative briefs into plans covering objectives, audiences, channel mix, timelines, budgets, owners, and KPIs.
  • Manage deliverables, reviews, and deadlines across internal team members, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Own channel plans across paid, social, lifecycle, partnerships, out-of-home advertising, and public relations so campaigns work as cohesive ideas.
  • Produce beehiiv's presence at company events, creator and media gatherings, industry conferences, pop-ups, and activations in collaboration with Growth and Communications teams.
  • Coordinate event venues, production partners, speakers and talent, guest lists, on-site execution, and content capture.
  • Build a recurring calendar of annual tentpole moments and improve each event based on results.
  • Define program measurement with Growth and Analytics, including reach, engagement, signups, pipeline, and learnings.
  • Run daily and weekly check-ins during live campaigns, recommend budget and channel adjustments, and lead post-mortems.
  • Document playbooks for launches, events, and campaign types to make future programs more efficient.
  • Develop campaign and event ideas and provide strategic input before briefs are written.
  • Build playbooks and a partner bench to make campaigns faster and more impactful.
