About The Position

RTX is seeking an Integrated Communications Manager to join its corporate Communications team. The role develops and executes integrated communications campaigns aligned with strategic business priorities. It coordinates cross-functional collaboration, supports consistent messaging, and advances communications strategies with measurable business impact. The position is hybrid, with regular work both onsite and offsite; the onsite ratio is determined in partnership with the leader. The role is based in the United States, with Dallas, Texas, listed as the posting location. Relocation may be available.

Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree and at least 5 years of experience.
• Prior experience executing integrated communications strategies in a corporate environment.
• Experience working across a matrixed organization to manage communication initiatives.
• Ability to analyze communication and marketing data to inform decisions that drive business impact.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company immigration sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in communications roles within aerospace, defense, or highly technical industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing and customer communications elements of integrated campaigns aligned to strategic new business pursuits and leadership priorities.
• Support the prioritization, planning, and execution of communication campaigns to align with business goals and brand objectives.
• Lead day-to-day project management for communications campaigns, including tracking milestones, actions, budgets, and business impacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with communications center of excellence partners and cross-functional business teams to align internal and external communication efforts.
• Create timely, relevant, and dynamic written communications and presentations.
• Support planning and execution of tradeshows aligned with business and pursuit priorities.
• Contribute to internal and executive communications, including executive messaging, town hall facilitation, and employee engagement efforts.
