About The Position

Intake Coordinators support MedSpeed’s on-demand operations by interacting with customers by telephone. They provide an excellent customer experience while assisting with order entry, issue resolution, and other customer requests. The position is part-time, with hours Monday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Customer-care skills, including empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, and helpfulness.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude aligned with a culture of teamwork, keeping promises, and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
Ability to maintain punctuality and consistent, reliable attendance.
Process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and strong problem-solving skills.
Collaborative work style and ability to work well within and across departments.
Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed.
Strong typing and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries by telephone while meeting corporate guidelines and performance standards.
Manage a high volume of daily inbound calls and answer inquiries promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
Answer general questions about MedSpeed’s service process.
Resolve customer issues by telephone using effective communication skills.
Log, track, and document issues in online systems according to procedures and applicable guidelines and requirements.
Provide a high-quality customer experience by following quality guidelines and responding to customer feedback.
Complete assigned special projects.
Maintain current knowledge of MedSpeed service policies, procedures, and specific client requirements.
Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
