About The Position

The Intake Coordinator supports MedSpeed’s on-demand operations by interacting with customers by telephone. The role delivers an excellent customer experience through order entry, issue resolution, and assistance with customer requests. The position is part time, with hours listed as Monday 3:00 PM–7:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM–7:30 PM.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Appropriate customer-care skills, including empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, and helpfulness.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude aligned with a culture of teamwork, keeping promises, and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
High punctuality and consistent, reliable attendance.
Process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed.
Strong typing and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries by telephone while meeting corporate guidelines and performance standards.
Manage a high volume of daily inbound calls while maintaining a positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor and answering inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Address general questions about MedSpeed’s service process.
Resolve customer issues over the phone using effective communication skills.
Log, track, and appropriately document issues using online systems and procedures, in accordance with applicable guidelines and requirements.
Provide a high-quality customer experience by following quality guidelines and responding to customer feedback.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Maintain current knowledge of MedSpeed service policies, procedures, and specific client requirements.
Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
