About The Position

Calvary Healing Center, with over 60 years of experience, specializes in addiction treatment for adults, offering a full continuum of care across the Phoenix area and nationwide. Their programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. The flagship Phoenix location provides on-site detoxification, inpatient treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Satellite clinics offer IOPs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. Complementary services include yoga, art workshops, and music. The Intake Coordinator facilitates the admission process for prospective patients by managing incoming referrals, coordinating assessments and admissions, completing required documentation, and collaborating with patients, families, providers, and community partners to ensure timely and appropriate placement. This role operates under the direction of the Intake Director.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age, without a professional licensure.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
Completion of the Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services field preferred, or 1 year experience in a related field.
