About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated Remote Insurance Specialists to help protect families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. In this fully remote role, you will meet with qualified members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, educate clients on available benefit options, and help families make informed decisions about protecting their financial future. No prior insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and mentorship are provided. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering weekly pay, performance bonuses, and long-term residual income opportunities.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in insurance, customer service, client services, customer success, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call center, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Assess each client's needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Guide members through the enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
• Provide ongoing client support and claims assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
