About The Position

AO, a proud member of the Globe Life family, is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives. In this fully remote role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, provide outstanding customer service, explain benefit options, and help working families protect what matters most. For more than 70 years, AO has served union members, credit union members, associations, and their families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. Our success is built on integrity, trust, and lasting relationships. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you succeed.

• Comfortable using Zoom and online technology.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, or sales is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Answer client questions and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Participate in weekly coaching, virtual training, and professional development.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team.
