About The Position

Confie and its family of companies are hiring a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee / Sales Representative. The role primarily involves selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $13+ per hour, uncapped monthly commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives. The company provides ongoing training and mentorship, along with opportunities for internal advancement.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Sales or customer service experience.
Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
Excellent follow-up and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ambitious and motivated by opportunities for advancement.

Nice To Haves

Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and achieve production goals.
Accurately account for currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank on time, with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
Build client relationships quickly and educate and advise customers about products that fit their needs.
