About The Position
The Gainey Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join their fully remote insurance sales team. This role offers the opportunity to build a career from home with flexible scheduling and growth potential based on individual effort. Previous insurance experience is not required, as the agency provides comprehensive training, support, and resources.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license(s)

Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on available insurance options
- Help clients choose coverage that fits their needs
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Build and grow your own client base
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
