About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is hiring an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals find supplemental insurance solutions that offer support and protection during unexpected moments. The role focuses on understanding client needs and guiding clients toward suitable insurance solutions while creating a positive, supportive experience. The representative builds relationships with business owners and individual clients, conducts needs-based consultations, presents and enrolls clients in supplemental insurance programs, and follows up to ensure clients feel supported. Training, hands-on mentorship, and licensing assistance are provided. Compensation is commission-based, with an advertised average of $65,000–$85,000 annually for entry-level agents. Optional base draw arrangements are available during the first six weeks. The role is full-time, as an independent contractor, and serves a local territory in person.
