About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is hiring an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals find supplemental insurance solutions. The representative connects with clients, learns about their needs, and guides them toward options that provide security and peace of mind. The role involves building relationships, conducting needs-based consultations, presenting and enrolling clients in insurance programs, and following up to support clients throughout the process. The position is based in a local territory and is performed in person. Training, mentorship, and licensing assistance are offered. Compensation is commission-based, with an stated average of $65,000–$85,000 annually for entry-level agents; an optional base draw is available during the first six weeks.
