About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is hiring an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals find supplemental insurance solutions. The role focuses on understanding clients’ needs and guiding them toward coverage that provides security and peace of mind. Representatives create a positive, supportive experience by building relationships, conducting needs-based consultations, presenting and enrolling clients in insurance programs, and following up with them. The position is based in a local territory and is performed in person. It is full-time and structured as an independent contractor role with commission-based compensation. Entry-level agents average $65,000–$85,000 annually; base draw options are available during the first six weeks. The company offers comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and licensing assistance and reimbursement.
