About The Position

This is a full-time, relationship-driven sales role with long-term commission income potential. The position offers ramp-up earnings support during the first months while the agent develops a pipeline and book of business, including a $5,000 new-agent ramp-up incentive. The role is based in a fast-paced branch and focuses on helping customers find suitable insurance and financial solutions while building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and growing business through community engagement and referrals. The position is W-2 and offers base pay, incentives, and full benefits. The listed branch location is AAA Car Care Center, 2 Tanner Rd, Greenville, SC 29607. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with possible rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Sell and provide ongoing service for ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic ACG branch.
Uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, and grow ACG’s insurance portfolio.
Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries professionally and promptly, and support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.
Engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and develop new business opportunities.
Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services to maximize overall member value.
