Insurance Producer - West Columbia, SC
About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training, a multi-line product portfolio, and support in developing a client base and building an independent practice. The role offers performance-based compensation, a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement.

- Self-motivation and ability to manage an independent business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
